The accommodation features an elevator and is located on the 5th floor of a modern building in Canet d'en Berenguer, a seaside town in the province of Valencia. The fully air-conditioned apartment is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation in the sun and is only about 1km away from the beautiful sandy beach. This clean and quiet beach, already awarded the blue flag, is perfect for families. Within walking distance in Port de Sagunt, you will find numerous restaurants, bars, and shops offering local specialties and other delights.
The holiday apartment is tastefully furnished and offers all the amenities you need for your stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, a living-dining room with a sofa bed, and two modern bathrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups of friends. It can accommodate up to six people. The large balcony with a dining table and lounge area for relaxation offers a splendid view.
A hairdryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and central heating are also available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. A parking space in the underground garage and numerous free parking spaces outside the building make it perfect for those arriving by car.

The apartment offers access to a stunning infinity pool on the 20th floor. Enjoy the spectacular view of the sea and the surroundings while relaxing in the pool. Additionally, there is another seasonal pool on the ground floor, an outdoor playground, paddle tennis courts, and a small fitness room with a sauna and a hot tub that can be booked by the hour.

The area offers a variety of recreational opportunities. Explore the Albufera Natural Park, visit Valencia, which is about 30km away, with its impressive sights and museums, the cultural old town, and numerous shopping options.

The beach has been nominated by Antena 3 in 2018 as the best beach in Spain and is, for sure, one of the most prepared beaches in the Comunidad Valenciana: more than 2100 meters of fine soft sand, crystal clear water, safety and security, etc. In addition, this beach is totally adjusted for disabled people.
